RETURN POLICY:
Shipping & Return Policy: Because of the personal nature of our products, refunds are only permitted if an error was made by Novelty Toys or if an item is defective.
A Return Material Authorization Number (RMA) is required for all returns and shipping costs to return merchandise is the buyers responsibility (unless the result of an error by Novelty Toys ).
If defective we will accept unused product with prior Return Material Authorization approval number. (RMA#)
Please do not attempt to return without contacting us first and receiving an RMA# and the proper address to return the item(s). We will require your Name, Order Number, Phone Number and Reason For Return Request.
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you receive a defective product, the restocking fee is waived and we will gladly replace the item.
When ordering products from this website, it is the customers responsibility to choose the correct item(s) desired. By making a purchase from this website you are confirming that you fully understand all terms and conditions stated here (and in our disclaimer) and also agree to all terms and conditions.
